How would you classify your music?

It’s a mix of different genres including Chill-Out and Ambient. The music is mainly melodic and not only perfect for when you are taking a break and want to relax but also for studying or gaming.

Who are some of your top 5 musical influences?

On top of my list of musical influences is film music.

Others are Mike Oldfield, Kygo, Odesza, Alexis Troy.

What do you want fans to take from your music?

I aim to get people in a good mood while listening to my music and want them to leave with a positive feeling.

Is there a song on your latest CD release here that stands out as your personal favorite, and why?

One of my favorite releases of the past couple of months has been Route. I like it because it combines simplicity and complexity with movie elements. To me, Route is a very powerful track

How have you evolved as an artist over the last year?

Until a couple of months ago, TrackLab was a duo project. Since producing on my own, I’ve worked on creating new styles and improved a lot since I had to rely on myself.

If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?

I would love to meet Hans Zimmer. In my opinion, he is a genius.

What’s next for you?  

Creating new music. it has the highest priority for me. My next release “Cuts” will be out on September 28th 2018. Can’t wait for you all to listen to it!
