Los Angeles’ Paige Duddy aka XYLØ has built a steady trajectory as she reveals new, critically acclaimed singles from her solo venture for the first time this summer. Today, she unleashes new single “Tears & Tantrums,” a dancefloor banger perfect to heat things up as the last rays of summer comes to a close. Co-written with Charli XCX, “Tears & Tantrums” debuted with PAPER Magazine today and follows recent pop-perfect singles “I Don’t Want to See You Anymore,” “Don’t Panic” and her wildly popular solo debut under the XYLØ moniker, “Heaven Only Knows”.
Paige started her musical career collaborating with her brother. As a duo, they called themselves XYLØ and found immediate success, receiving millions of Soundcloud streams on their early tracks. Their original sound and organic cult following caught the attention of Adam Alpert at Sony Music/Disruptor Records, leading to a major label record deal with Disruptor Records/RED MUSIC. In 2016 and 2017, XYLØ released their debut EP, embarked on national tours, performed at countless festival, accumulated millions of streams and earned a platinum plaque for their collaboration with The Chainsmokers on the song “Setting Fires” (by The Chainsmokers featuring XYLØ).
