Today, Los Angeles’ Paige Duddy aka XYLØ debuted the pop-perfect new single “I Don’t Want to See You Anymore” via Medium.

The track is already on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist, following the recent summer-ready single “Don’t Panic” and her wildly popular solo debut under the XYLØ moniker, “Heaven Only Knows”…

Paige explains:

“It used to be easy to avoid someone. All you had to do was not pick up the phone or answer the front door. Now that’s impossible when you have a window to the world in your pocket. It feels like no matter how hard you try to forget about someone you’re only a Tweet, a tag or an Instagram post away from being reminded that they very much exist. ‘I Don’t Want To See You Anymore’ is my cry for help in this episode of Black Mirror I call my life.”

Paige Duddy started her musical career collaborating with her brother. As a duo, they called themselves XYLØ and found immediate success, receiving millions of Soundcloud streams on their early tracks and earning a platinum plaque for their collaboration with The Chainsmokers on the song “Setting Fires.” Recently she and her brother mutually parted ways, allowing her to shine as a solo artist and him to pursue his own endeavors.
