Ginger And The Ghost Announce New Single & London Show

Australian duo, Ginger and the Ghost are set to release a new single to coincide with a special London show at The Camden Assembly on Saturday 4th of August 2018.

‘The Tallest Tree’ is the follow up to last year’s ‘Glow’ single and was recorded in London with songwriter and composer Benbrick, best known for his production work with Troye Sivans’  ‘TRXYE’ EP. Available digitally at all major outlets, the new track is future pop and is the first indication of what to expect from Ginger and the Ghost’s forthcoming debut album ‘New Rituals’.

The duo have created an all-encompassing music project using film / costume / spacial design / installation art and audio – visual elements to great effect. Their lush synth swells and glitchy accents are sprinkled over contemporary instrumentation and traditional, ceremonial world instruments to create a hyper realistic world for Gingers unmistakably unique voice to journey through!

A truly exciting and compelling live experience, Ginger and The Ghost have built a grassroots following in Europe across the indie festival circuit with their unique musical vision drawing on luminaries such as Björk, Fever Ray, Bat for Lashes and Iamamiwhoami. Their avant- garde approach has captivated festival audiences at B-sides, Malta, Serralves Em Festa, Milhoes da Festa, Sinsal, and Meadows In The Mountains sharing the stage with Destroyer, Chelsea Wolfe, Jacco Gardner and Young Magic.
