Avid Vlogger, producer and multi-instrumentalist Draper’s dance pop production panache has captured over 30 million listens and fans around the world. Since performing with Rita Ora to a sold-out Wembley Stadium in 2012, Draper’s become a sought after producer, leading to further collaborations with All Saints and Låpsley among others.
In his solo material, Draper displays a knack for identifying vocalists with unique perspectives and the ability to elevate their voices without losing his own. Every release is a uniquely Draper song, from the syrup-y synth pop“Want You More” featuring Pharrell touted singer Sam Sure, to the alluring R&B inflected “Home” with fellow London based artist Abi Ocia, and the supercharged anthem “Break Over You” with Prides. Taking his discography as a whole, Draper’s production depth becomes apparent, showcasing an ability to use elements across genres to create something memorable.
His latest single “Fire” swells with summertime vibes. The sprawling dance pop number features another rising vocalist Gigi. “The song is about a person who is destructive but also mesmerising at the same time; like fire,” Draper says of the song. “Emotions that are beautiful but also dangerous.”
