slenderbodies, the California-based duo who sing, write, produce, and mix their own tracks, have announced a new EP SORAYA, meaning ‘jewel,’ due out this fall, and shared the first single “Take You Home”.

“”Take you home” is the story of a simple summer love,” slenderbodies explain. “Any love is a bit complicated though, yet despite this we wanted to paint a picture of comfort and happiness as long as our two lovers are together on their sundown drive.”

slenderbodies head out on tour with Milky Chance in early September and will be announcing a string of headlining dates soon. In the last eight months, the band has toured with Mura Masa, Passion Pit, and PVRIS. Meanwhile, their debut single “Anemone” has racked up over 15 million collective streams.
