PLAIN WHITE T’s Release “Light Up The Room” + “Low”

GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum alt-pop band, Plain White T’s have just released two new tracks from their highly anticipated eighth studio album, Parallel Universe (produced by Matt Squire [Ariana Grande, Panic! At The Disco)]. The songs, “Light Up The Room” and “Low,” serve as the latest dual-release from the band, and these are two of our absolute favorites. The effervescent “Light Up The Room”proves bright and brilliant with its danceable grooves and massive refrain that will have you dancing into the weekend, and the heartbreakingly honest “Low” shows a much darker side of the often upbeat band. Listen HERE and HERE and get ready for the release of Parallel Universe on August 24 via Fearless Records.

“‘Light Up The Room’ is about being in love with someone who is a little dangerous, and who brings that reckless side out of you,” says frontman Tom Higgenson. “And ‘Low’ is about having to go through some really dark times all by yourself.”

Parallel Universe is available for pre-order now at all DSPs and each pre-order will includean instant download of “Bonnie I Want You” and lead single “Your Body” – CLICK HERE.Deluxe limited edition album bundles are available at the official Plain White T’s webstore HERE, including a glow in the dark vinyl, an oxford felt pennant and exclusive apparel that includes t-shirts, socks and enamel pins.
