Cavendish Beach Music Festival Launches New Campground In Partnership With Local Entrepreneur

 Today, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival, presented by Bell is pleased to announce the the launch of its first official campground in partnership with local entreprenuer Chris Daley, located on The Route 6 Ranch in Oyster Bed, PEI. Exclusive to festival attendees the new campground features a variety of sites starting at $399 for a 5-day stay from July 5-9. The campground will also feature daily shuttle service to and from Atlantic Canada’s largest outdoor music festival.

“A campground centred around the Cavendish Beach Music Festival has been a goal since it began,” said Chris Daley, General Manager, The Route 6 Ranch. “We were thrilled when the opportunity arose to purchase Raceway Park in partnership with the festival’s 10th anniversary this year. It has been an existing campground for many years and its close proximity makes it the perfect fit. We are very excited to grow with the festival and create a whole new experience.”

Attendees will be able to enjoy an array of options from unserviced tent and RV sites, to camping in style with pre-built “glamping” campsites complete with furniture, bedding and QUBE tents. Available now, a limited number of campsites can purchased via Unity Travel here. Campsite booking will require a minimum 3-day general admission pass, either purchased prior or after booking.

Celebrating its 10th year, the festival’s blockbuster lineup will see multi-platinum selling international superstar Shawn Mendes headline a special fourth night on July 9, joining headliners Luke Bryan,Chris Young and Brett Eldredge. Additional artists previously announced for the Bell Main Stage from July 6-9 include, Dan + ShayTerri ClarkChase Rice, Granger SmithThe Road HammersJames Barker Band, Meghan PatrickLindsay Ell and Petric. Additional performers for July 9th will include BroodsCashmere CatLauvAlec Benjamin and New City.
