Brit quintet GHOULS continue to grow with every release. Following on from a succession of critically acclaimed EPs and albums that have garnered praise from leading industry tastemakers including Kerrang!, Rock Sound, Punktastic, and Kerrang! TV, the highly-rated punk rock combo now push forward again with the release of their new single, Internet Famous, which is released via all streaming outlets on Friday 8th June, through Animal Farm. The Londoners have also unveiled a video for the single here –

GHOULS began to make their mark in 2013 with their debut album, Ten Thousand Words On. The quintet performed a sell-out show at The Monarch in Camden, wooing a glut of fans, including Frank Turner. Since then, the punk rock crew have gone from strength to strength, regularly touring throughout the UK, Europe, USA and Australia, playing a host of leading UK and International festivals including 2000Trees, Boardmasters, Hit The Deck, NASS, Jera On Air (NL), Mighty Sounds (Cz), The Fest (USA), Takedown, Turbulence Festival, En Nord Beat (Fr), and Tramlines, as well as supporting the likes of Less Than Jake, Slaves, The Skints, The Ataris, Sonic Boom Six, Random Hand, OPM, ROAM, and more.

With a diverse range of musical backgrounds, GHOULS have earned a reputation for being extremely tough to categorise, as they do not conform to any particular genre. Their main objective is to create original, inspiring music that will draw in the listener. The band also possess an impressive DIY ethos and have, to date, achieved everything due to sheer hard work and gritty determination. Frontman Benedict Goold remarks: “Our best attribute as a band and as people is that we’ve never waited for things to happen – it’s always been about making things happen. We wanted to put out an album so instead of waiting for a label and funding, we did a Kickstarter campaign and self released our first album. We wanted to tour the USA so instead of waiting for an agent, we DIY’d a tour and made it happen.”

GHOULS release their new single, Internet Famous, this June, backed by a UK tour. The five-some also head over the Atlantic later this year to undertake another run of shows in the States.
