Superfly and A.C. Entertainment are proud to unveil the mouth-watering 2018 Food & Drink Lineup for the 2018 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Set to feature more than 150 diverse musical artists, this year’s edition of the world-renowned four-day multi-stage camping festival will take place June 7-10 on The Farm at Great Stage Park, the spectacular 700-acre event space located 60 miles southeast of Nashville in Manchester, TN.
The complete 2018 Food & Drink Lineup offers an incredibly appetizing assortment of tasty treats to suit all Bonnaroo attendees, spanning gourmet pizza, grass fed burgers, fish tacos, jalapeno corn dogs, and Tennessee BBQ to an epic range of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. More than 50 vendors will be on hand, representing the region’s best food and beverages.
In addition to Bonnaroo’s beloved Food Truck Oasis, this year’s Food Lineup will encompass a number of very special food experiences:
The Love Shack by Tim Love (located at Plaza 2) will feature gourmet prepared food and a fully stocked tequila bar alongside exclusive culinary events hosted by the Tennessee and Texas food icon. In addition to special presentations like “Durand Jones & Tim Love Grill Off” – featuring an select appearance from acclaimed soul singer Durand Jones – patrons will be able to participate in daily events including “Community ‘Cue” and “Holy Smokes: Hands-On Grilling & Cocktails with Chef Tim Love.” The former – set for 3:30-5:00 pm and 7:00-8:30 pm daily – will see Chef Love bringing his famed BBQ pit to Bonnaroo, allowing attendees to purchase meats, veggies, and sides from the Love Bodega to cook for themselves on Chef Tim’s community grills. Team Love will also be manning the grills to help festivalgoers perfect their meal.
“Holy Smokes: Hands-On Grilling & Cocktails with Chef Tim Love” marks the first time Chef Love has brought his signature hands-on grilling demonstration – the largest in the world of its kind – to the Bonnaroo community. The renowned chef will guide participating grillers from start to finish in proper skewering, heating, and flipping methods in order to cook the perfect protein and tasty side dishes. Every participant will get their own grill to cook on, outfitted with all necessary grilling accoutrements, as well as cocktail creations from Chef Love himself.
The epicenter of Bonnaroo’s sustainability work and overall global consciousness, Planet Roo has long provided Bonnaroo attendees with a unique haven from the always-energetic festival life. This year will see Planet Roo highlighting a number of food offerings that support Bonnaroo’s mission of social change. From donating meals to local food banks to integrating with the participating non-profits, Planet Roo will provide a unique opportunity for socially responsible consumerism.

Bonnaroo’s Broo’ers Festival will once again offer a variety of beer and cider from dozens of different U.S. breweries. Located in the heart of Centeroo, the tent will feature authentic wooden bars, hop vines, whiskey barrels, haystacks, and an Oktoberfest-style outdoor patio facing the Which Stage.
