Buzzy Lee Premieres New Track “No Her” — Debut EP “Facepaint” Produced by Nicolas Jaar Out 4/27 on Future Classic

Buzzy Lee, the dark pop persona of Sasha Spielberg, share her second single “No Her” today, a song that she describes as “about that piece of myself that I’m worried my partner will discover isn’t really there. That there is an ideal ‘her’; someone’s idea of me is different from who I am, and yet, I’m worried the other ‘her’ is the one who has drawn them in… But to be fully honest it’s about not believing someone loved me.” LISTEN “NO HER” HERE

Buzzy Lee’s debut EP Facepaint, which also features her first single “Coolhand,” was produced by Nicolas Jaar and is out April 27 on Future Classic; it is available for pre-order now.

Buzzy Lee will play Zebulon in Los Angeles on April 9 with Joachim Cooder.
