Haris Releases ‘Come Over’

The first release from his debut album due for release later this year, “Come Over” is a dark, synth-laced pop heater that’s as suggestive as you’d think from a young star that’s seen the limelight’s sins. From winning X-Factor and signing to Sony and working with the likes of Oliver Heldens whilst still in his teens, Haris rejected that life, got a regular job and taught himself to produce in the evenings. The result is sensual and sleek, the slowly-winding production on “Come Over” underlines a gorgeous vocal that finesses the raw sexuality inherent in the emerging star’s lyrics. If this is the first taste of what to expect from Haris, we’re bound to hear a lot more from him this year.
