Dave C. Rupert Releases ‘Cold’

Following the release of his latest release “Taunt”, Dave C. Rupert comes through with a thoughtful and emotive new release “Cold”. Listen here. The second release from his upcoming debut EP, “Cold” is continuation of Dave’s natural vocal power and a soft, melodic gem. Similarly haunting, the gorgeous guitar work points to an increasingly talented and important body of work.

Growing up writing songs in his bedroom, Dave went on to graduate as an opera singer at the RNCM in Manchester – in between classes, he’d continue to write songs, honing his craft and forming his solo project alongside a close-knit set of uni friends who shared his eclectic musical influences – and who now form his live band.

Speaking on the track, Dave states: “It’s kind of an apology letter/lullaby for making some mistakes in a relationship and thinking maybe I’d pushed it a bit too far this time.”
