FAKY Releases New Single ‘Candy’

FAKY (Pronounced Fei-ki), landed on British shores in 2017 as the first Asian act to not only to have signed a British record deal, but also the first to record their songs completely in English, with their last release ’Someday We’ll Know’ picking up high praise from across the blogosphere.

Already featuring in Dazed & Confused for their hyper-cool style, as well as working with producers such as DJ Fresh, BB Diamond and Commands (Charli XCX, Anne Marie), FAKY are breaking down the typical Harajuku constructs and are making us move whilst they do it.

Having just been nominated for Best Newcomer at the JP MTV AwardsAnna, Lil’ Fang, Mikako and Akina come through with a new, grooved-out pop banger in “Candy”,  another fiery jam worthy of the Little Mix and (dare we say it) Spice Girls affiliations that the group are already beginning to conjure from the press.
