New release, Déjà vu, holds pounding bass and the unmistakable Savage vocals combined to make a belter of a track. The release marks the first time Timmy Trumpet and Savage have collaborated since their multi-platinum certified, global smash Freaks. Listen here

Now, Timmy Trumpet and Savage hand over the reins to ten of their fellow producers. With a total of six remixes from Henry Fong, Dimatik & Overdrive, Filatov & Karas, Jaxx & Vega, Kastra & Damien Anthony, and Joel Fletcher, this EP is filled to the brim with exciting, new, bass driven bangers.

Since moving to LA after college, Henry Fong has built up an impressive resume of club bangers and remixes that have been supported by the electronic A-list. This includes core singles like ‘Drop it Down Low’ and official remixes for Calvin Harris and now for Timmy Trumpet and Savage. Dimatik and Overdrive have successfully remixed each other’s heaters over the years. Now it’s time for them to unite and lay down a heavy riddim for Timmy Trumpet. With multi-platinum, diamond and a multitude of international number one releases under their belts, we only expect the best from the EDM heavyweight duo, Filatov & Karas – and boy, have they delivered.

The German duo, Jaxx & Vega, have plenty of support from industry legends like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell and Tiesto, so to no surprise they deliver a punchy yet refined remix of Deja vu. Previous remixes from Kastra have gained up to 500k plays on SoundCloud, while Damien Anthony has been making big waves in the US Trap scene. They now fuse their signature styles to create a masterful remix of Deja vu. Finally, Joel Fletcher has a reputation for being the young prince of Melbourne Bounce. The royal touch is very much present within his remix for Timmy Trumpet and Savage. We like what we hear.

Deja vu is another festival classic from Timmy Trumpet and Savage, but some of us are seriously revelling in these fresh versions. There’s no doubt they’ll all find their way round the festival circuit, this summer.
