Featuring Kate’s sultry vocals draped over an infectious hook, the song explores the introspection and self-discovery that results from the end of a relationship. Kate Kay Es began receiving organic acclaim after the release of her first single “Working.” PRESS HEREto listen. However, she is no stranger to the industry. Having previously worked with the likes of Macklemore, Joss Stone, Mavis Staples, Ricki Lee Jones, James Morrison, Ghost Face Killah, Laura Mvula and more, Kate is currently playing keys and singing with Kesha on The Rainbow Tour. Following in the footsteps of her jazz musician father, Kate is not only a stellar vocalist but is trained on the piano and saxophone. Born and raised in Adelaide, she went on to study jazz piano at a top conservatorium in Australia after which she moved to Brooklyn to pursue her career in music.
