Today, NYC-based, genre-defying artist Michael Blume has released the brand new, soulful track “Lifting You.” CLICK HERE to listen to the song which first premiered via Time.com. A haunting medley of spoken word, chilling falsetto, and melancholic horns, Blume delivers a gospel of self-love furnished with lyrics that are courageously vulnerable. Blume, accompanied by his dynamic 11-piece band, will celebrate the release of the new single with three headlining performances at Mercury Lounge on November 9th and 16th, followed by a show at Baby’s All Right on November 17th. Adorned with Michael’s signature confessional and soul-baring live performance, the shows will preview tracks from his forthcoming EP – more details to be announced soon! Then on December 7th, he will take the stage at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg at A Positive Spin 2017.
