2017 just gets better and better for Áine Cahill – following the breakthrough success of sultry single ‘Plastic’, and the huge ‘Black Dahlia’ before that, the 23 year old has spent the year playing a host of acclaimed shows ranging from a sold out St Pancras Church, a sold-out Irish Tour, festival sets at Glastonbury, Latitude, Field Day, SGP, Great Escape and more, followed by a huge October support tour for JP Cooper.
Áine introduces new single ‘Blood Diamonds’ live by saying “this is about all the bad bitches in the world who get everything, and us nice bitches, who get nothing”. The track thunders along thanks to the production magic of fellow rising star Courage, and features a signature massive vocal performance from Áine.
After an intense summer of live shows, and being tipped by everyone from The Line Of Best Fit to The Sunday Times Culture, Áine plays one final headline show of 2017 at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen as part of The Great Escape Festival’s ‘First Fifty’ gig series in November, followed by two rescheduled dates with JP Cooper:
November
Weds 22nd LONDON, Hoxton Bar & Kitchen (Headline Show)
Weds 29th DUBLIN, Olympia Theatre (with JP Cooper)
