PHOEBE RYAN RELEASES LIVE PERFORMANCE VISUAL FOR NEW TRACK “JAMES HAS CHANGED”; JAMES EP DUE OUT OCTOBER 27

Indie-pop artist Phoebe Ryan has released a new performance visual for her track “James Has Changed” today. In the video, Phoebe is accompanied by a 10-piece band that helps brings the dreamy song to life – check it out HERE. “James Has Changed” is featured on Phoebe’s forthcoming James EP, which is set to be released on October 27, along with the irresistible kiss-off gem “Forgetting All About You” featuring blackbear, moody track “Be Real,” “Should I” and “Aspirin.” Phoebe will showcase her new songs on her North American headline tour, which kicks off on October 31. Tickets are available HERE.

“The “James” EP is a collection of songs that I put together to tell the story of a relationship from beginning to end,” Phoebe explains. “It’s only half based in reality, but at the same time, it’s all completely true. These are not love songs, but they are about love. “James” is driven by uncertainty, lust, vulnerability, destructive behavior, and disappointment… but most of all, passion. Having so much passion that you don’t even know what to do with it.”

Phoebe was first recognized for her ingenious mashup of R. Kelly’s “Ignition” and Miguel’s “Do You,” which reached #1 on Hype Machine and has gone on to accumulated nearly 35 Million streams to date. Her debut EP, MINE, came shortly after, drawing attention from the likes of tastemakers such as Taylor Swift, Tove Lo and Chloe Grace Moretz. Having attended NYU’s Clive Davis School of Recorded Music, Phoebe has written songs for a number of artists including Bea Miller, Melanie Martinez, and most recently Britney Spears (“Man on the Moon” from her latest album ‘Glory’). Additionally, Phoebe lent her vocals to The Chainsmokers’ platinum-certified smash hit “All We Know.”
