The White Stripes to reissue first three albums for Cassette Store Day

Third Man Records has recently announced the release of The White Stripes‘ first three albums — The White Stripes (1999), De Stijl (2000) and White Blood Cells (2001) — on white cassettes exclusively for Cassette Store Day 2017, coinciding with the band’s 20th anniversary year. Black cassettes will be released in the future.

This is the first-ever authorized cassette release of these now-classic albums, and they will be available in participating record stores on October 14, 2017.

More information on participating stores can be found HERE. Information on Third Man Vault Package #34 — The White Stripes Live In Detroit: 1999-2000-2001 — can be found HERE.
