“Originally, Kurt Cobain was just gonna be a small part of the video, with tons of other clips relating to the lyrics, but once I gathered all that great footage of him smashing his guitars, it was just mesmerizing.  I didn’t want it to cut to anything else.  Kurt really represents an honesty and dignity that I feel like this song is all about, at its core” Explains Tutmarc

Solar Twin was born in 2016, as a way for Shane to channel the pain he was feeling due to the passing of his best friend. “One of the reasons I chose that title is because Pink Noise is supposed to be a healing, regenerative sound” explains Shane.

If you listen closely you may hear familiar elements from his early days in Seattle with bands such as Dolour and United State of Electronica. With Solar Twin, Tutmarc bares his soul through his words and music while combining rock n’ roll with electronica and baroque pop arrangements.

Solar Twin playing in Nashville this Saturday, October 14 at The Basement, the show will stream live on fb at 6pm pst / 8pm cst / 9pm est at: https://www.facebook.com/SolarTwinMusic/
