PHOEBE RYAN RELEASES NEW SONG “JAMES HAS CHANGED”; JAMES EP DUE OUT OCTOBER 27

Indie-pop artist Phoebe Ryan has unveiled her new track “James Has Changed” today – available HERE. The song, described as having an “uber-catchy melody and hypnotic electro beats” by MILK.XYZ, is featured on the singer’s forthcoming James EP to be released on October 27. The 5-song EP includes the irresistible kiss-off gem “Forgetting All About You” featuring blackbear, moody track “Be Real,” newly released “James Has Changed,” as well as “Should I” and “Aspirin” – see below for track-listing.

“The “James” EP is a collection of songs that I put together to tell the story of a relationship from beginning to end,” Phoebe explains. “It’s only half based in reality, but at the same time, it’s all completely true. These are not love songs, but they are about love. “James” is driven by uncertainty, lust, vulnerability, destructive behavior, and disappointment… but most of all, passion. Having so much passion that you don’t even know what to do with it.”

Phoebe will play her new songs on her North American headline tour which kicks off in Philadelphia on October 31. See full list of dates below. Tickets are available HERE.

Phoebe was first recognized for her ingenious mashup of R. Kelly’s “Ignition” and Miguel’s “Do You,” which reached #1 on Hype Machine and has gone on to accumulated nearly 35 Million streams to date. Her debut EP, ‘MINE,’ came shortly after, drawing attention from the likes of tastemakers such as Taylor Swift, Tove Lo and Chloe Grace Moretz. Having attended NYU’s Clive Davis School of Recorded Music, Phoebe has written songs for a number of artists including Bea Miller, Melanie Martinez, and most recently Britney Spears (“Man on the Moon” from her latest album ‘Glory’). Additionally, Phoebe lent her vocals to The Chainsmokers’ platinum-certified smash hit “All We Know.”
