Yoshiki, leader of the acclaimed rock group X Japan, has made a $25,000donation to the Red Cross to help benefit Hurricane Harvey victims. Although he is a Japanese citizen, he considers America his second home and haslived in the U.S. for 25 years.

The Yoshiki Foundation America is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, which has supported the GRAMMY Foundation, MUSICARES, Points Of Light and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as the Japan Red Crossand Kumamoto-Japanese earthquake and tsunami victims.
