Singer-Songwriter Ty Baynton Releases New Single “I’ll Never Know”

Today, Waterdown, ON country artist Ty Baynton releases his new single “I’ll Never Know” (iTunes). Produced by JUNO Award nominee Nathan Ferraro, JUNO Award winner Jason Dufour and co-written by Cold Creek County‘s Jordan Honsinger. “I’ll Never Know” encapsulates Baynton’s true country sound and deep and rich vocals.

“The song came together pretty fast. Usually when I’m writing, the best songs tend to materialize that way. Jordan Honsinger and I came up with the melody and wrote from personal experiences” said Baynton. “It’s about those relationships that end and you’re never given the reason why and keep wondering if they’re thinking about you or if they’re missing you.”

Baynton’s smooth vocals sing of the heartbreaking feeling that comes with the end of a relationship. The lyrics to the chorus, “I wish I knew if you get lonely late at night and call my name, do you wish that you stayed with me, could we ever be the same?” refer to the all to familiar feeling of loneliness and longing for past relationships.

Following the release of his self-titled EP in 2012, Baynton earned a nomination for ‘Best Country Artist’ at the Toronto Independent Music Awards. His lead-off single “Out Here On The Farm” achieved nationwide air play in Canada and the southern USA. Baynton was soon back in the recording studio for his full length album Good Ol’ Boy in 2013. Baynton’s signature song “Canadian Country Boy” launched him on a series of cross-Canada tours, performing at major country music festivals including Boots and Hearts, Manitoulin Country Fest and several RAM Rodeos. Baynton has since shared the stage with country superstars Blake Shelton, Chad Brownlee, Gord Bamford High Valley, Hunter Hayes and Tim Hicks, with plans to release new music in 2017.
