KANIVA Releases ‘SQUADDY’

Following on from his release of the ‘Home EP’, visuals for the emphatic ‘Last Night Being Homeless’ and the R&B tinged smoothness of ‘Best Friend’ Kaniva is back with an anthem for the team. “Squaddy” sees the South London MC showcasing his versatility and confidence as he drops his first visual of the summer. Set to be an anthem for everyone’s ‘squad’ and social circle ‘Squaddy’ continues to set a precedent for Kaniva being one to watch.

The 23-year-old Rapper/Songwriter has been recognised for his ability to paint a picture based on personal experiences, often bringing a relatability factor that hits home with many of his core audience. Over the past few years Kaniva has been building a buzz through his catalogue of on stage performances, radio appearances & features on popular homegrown YouTube platforms.

Having opened for both French Montana and Snoop Dogg at the O2Indigo, supporting OG Maco on his world tour UK leg, performed at the Roundhouse Rising Festival as well as Big Narstie’s BDL Tour and iLuvLive Kaniva is ready and prepped to take it to the next level this year. The MC is back to set the pace and showcase his plethora of talents when it comes to the tracks so expect a flurry of new heat from the MC.
