Emo Nite LA Takes A New Seinfeld Spin

Last night in Los Angeles, Emo Nite LA took over The Echo and Echoplex for their monthly evening full of live music, surprise guests, DJ sets and PBR. This month’s party started off with a few extra laughs thanks to a Seinfeld-themed intro video complete with an appearance from Tyson Ritter (The All-American Rejects, Parenthood.) Check out the video, here: https://youtu.be/TYWwsqjvIHk.

Additionally, Tyson performed very special renditions of some fan favorites, including new AAR track “Sweat” with an amazing string quartet. Check out this video of “Swing Swing.”

On the intro video, T.J. Petracca shares, “Every month we have a great time putting together a fun little intro video for our show with our director friend Jon Ryan. Seinfeld is one of our favorite shows of all time and we were a little hesitant to tackle it because it is such a masterpiece. But once we got Tyson on board to play Kramer we knew it was going to be good!”

In case you’re not familiar, Emo Nite is an event started by three friends, Babs SzaboT.J. Petracca and Morgan Freed that brings together people who share the love of emo rock music from the 90’s, 2000’s, and today. Different notable artists and musicians from all genres that have been inspired by emo and pop punk music have either DJ’d or performed at the events, which happen monthly in Los Angeles and regularly around the country in cities like New York City, San Francisco, San Diego, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Louisville, Phoenix, Seattle and more. Celebrities like Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly, Demi Lovato, Debby Ryan, Post Malone, Bella Thorne, Kristin Stewart, Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf), Will Noon (Fun), Cole Sprouse, Scheana Marie (Vanderpump Rules), Justin Hartley (This Is Us/Young and the Restless) and Christhell Stause (All My Children) have attended the events in Los Angeles as fans, which proves that these are nights for everyone and are here to stay.
