PREMIERE: Rev Rev Rev Release New Music Video For “Ripples”

Following a pretty smooth and gentle premiere yesterday, today we are heading over to Italy where we find totally the opposite. Filled with loud noises, distortions and drum lines – Rev Rev Rev is back with their new music video for “Ripples” off their latest album Des Fleurs Magiques Bourdonnaien. The video is filled with haunting images from Luigi Di Gianni’s 1967 documental “Il culto delle pietre”, the dark visuals fits perfectly with the dark psychedelic tones of the song itself.

Following their live at Cosmosis Festival 2016 in Manchester (headlined by The Jesus and Mary Chain, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Ringo Deathstarr, WIRE), Rev Rev Rev play on tour their sophomore LP ‘Des fleurs magiques bourdonnaient’ through Europe and UK.

Since the debut their wall-of-sound alternating psychedelic, dreamy atmospheres and loud, fuzz-driven moments, received lots of positive feedbacks; the digital single ‘Catching a buzz’, released in October 2014 with WinWin Records (branch of One Little Indian), has been featured on Steve Lamacq‘s show on BBC 6 Radio.

Their new album, out via Northern Light Records and Custom Made Music, has pushed further the boundaries of their sonic research. Rewarded by extremely positive response from the main genre webzines and premiered on Clash Music Magazine, the album has encountered also people’s appreciation. In only three months the CD has gone sold-out, and has been reprinted last July via Neon Sigh (The Telescopes, Ringo Deathstarr).
