Isagenix vs Advocare Shake

If you die in the gym everyday and get no results in your weight loss ambitions, you should pay attention to meal replacement shakes.

These products are designed especially either for losing weight or to gain muscle mass. Actually, their efficiency depends mostly on how you use them. Of course, there are exceptions.

It is difficult to reduce weight if your shake supplies has too many calories and sugar. Nevertheless, these MR supplements are quite a popular mean to manage weight.

Therefore, look at the following comparison of Isagenix Shake and Advocare Shake. In the following text, you will find out the differences in terms of quality, nutrition value, pricing and customers’ feedbacks on these two brands.

Nutrition Value and Ingredients

Advocare Shake contains more than 50 ingredients. The components deserving a special attention are sucralose (sweetener), soy lecithin, crystalline fructose (potentially harmful sweetener). The protein of the shake is represented by the blend of numerous sources including milk protein isolate, calcium case inate and whey protein concentrate. It also contains supplements of amino acids (L-Glutamine, L-Lysine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, and L-Valine). Usually, there is no need in supplement of amino acids, since a qualitative whey protein contains a sufficient amount of them.

One serving of the shake supplies 220 calories (30 from fat), 24 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, 12 grams of sugar, and 6 grams of fiber.

Isagenix Shake has only 30 ingredients providing numerous minerals and vitamins. Protein of the shake derives from milk and whey protein concentrate, and low-heat non fat dry milk. Whey protein concentrate provides a high volume of amino acids, however the amount of protein is less than in whey isolate. The protein value in milk protein concentrate is around 80%. As a result, each do sage of the supplement supplies 24g of protein. Nevertheless, the overall quality of protein is not high.

In addition to protein, one serving of Isagenix provides 240 calories, 5 grams of fat, 8 grams of fiber, and 11 grams of sugar.

Efficiency and customers’ opinion

The problem with Advocare is the high amount of sugar. Besides, the sugar comes from fructose, which is known for possible damage to health. Actually, users complained about bloating and gases related to consumption of this shake. Moreover, the protein of the supplement is not of high quality, but the price of the product is rather high. A month supply of the shake costs around $90. Due to the high sugar and calories, this product is not recommended for losing weight purposes.

Isagenix is not a bad product. However, it has the same problems as Advocare. High sugar, protein of doubtful quality and high price are not the attractive features for the customers. By the way, 14 servings of the shake cost a bit more than $51. I.e. that a month supply will increase this amount two fold. Nevertheless, the shake has many advantages such as safety, good efficiency in appetite suppression and healing cells.
