Last week the threesome graduated from high school, today they are excited to blaze a path into the future they have been working so hard towards.Pop-Country-Americana, singer-songwriters Auburn Road are, Alicia Paulson, Paxton Martin and Kristen Brown. Although they are barely 18 years-old the three have already dedicated most of their life to music and released their independent debut EP in late 2016.
Today the girls are super excited to invite everybody to join them as they launch their first PledgeMusic, crowdfunded project. There are going to be plenty of pledger only exclusives and unique items like video chats, t-shirts, hats, backstage passes, hang-outs with the group, your name in the liner notes, personal recorded special occasion messages sung by the girls, private shows and much more. As always, regardless of what you order, allpledgerswill receive the digital download of the album the moment it’s ready for release and before the general public gets their hands on it.
Their independent, debut EP, Fancy, out now, is filled with infectious sing-alongs and soulful harmonies. The trio wrote all the songs and recorded their vocals the “old fashioned way” eschewing auto-tune in favor of the heat that is felt from raw performances.
The upcoming album and recently released EP are produced by industry veteran Michael Anderson—former bass player and musical director for modern icons such as Christina Aguilera and Chris Brown; with production credits that include Ashlee Simpson, and American Idol alums Chris Daughtry, Kellie Pickler and David Archuleta, with mastering duties covered by Andrew Mendelson [Willie Nelson, Lady Antebellum, and Little Big Town.] Backing Auburn Road are members of Jason Aldean’s band, bassist Tully Kennedy, guitarist Kurt Allison and drummer Rich Redmond, who help to give these catchy songs a serious punch, and a bit of a southern rock edge.
