Caravan Palace returns with new North American tour dates + “Black Betty” single out May 26

Parisian seven-piece electronic big band Caravan Palace hits the road this summer to tour North America in support of their critically acclaimed third full-length album, <|°_°|>, out now on Le Plan Recordings. The tour kicks off June 26 at the Toronto Jazz Festival and includes stops in New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Chicago. See below for a complete list of dates.

The band, compelled by demand on social media, took time away from their touring schedule to record the Lead Belly classic “Black Betty,” which had become a fan favorite at their live shows and hit #9 in YouTube’s global viral chart after their performance on “Later… With Jools Holland.” The song will be available for purchase and streaming on May 26. Additionally, the video for the single “Lone Digger” has been watched over 65 million times via YouTube and can be viewed at https://youtu.be/UbQgXeY_zi4.
