GREAT ESCAPE MAY 18th 2017 PIER PARTY SOLD OUT!

The electrifying punk duo SLAVES will cause carnage as they takeover Brighton Palace Pier and ascend on the Horror Hotel for an anarchic outdoor performance that will whip the pier and 1000 festival goers into a frenzy on Thursday 18th May. This show, in association with DIY, promises to be the most unique show The Great Escape has ever staged.

Proceedings start at the Dr Martens and DIY stage in Horatio’s as Superfood unleash new material upon the crowd with their own stamp of fun and delirium. Life will deliver a gritty performance with their turbulent addictive pop tracks.

The sell-out show does not end there, along with free rides and SLAVES merchandise to be won the band will be holding a hot dog eating competition for those with strong stomachs. Expect mania on the dodgems as a selection of DJ’s takeover. They include none other than Wolf Alice’s lead singer Ellie Rowsell, The Skints frontman Josh Waters Rudge and to keep everyone in check is Isaac from SLAVES brother and dad; Jethro and Dave Holman, making it a Kent family affair.

The pairs latest single ‘People that you Meet’ will impact on April 28th and their special edition gold vinyl edition of ‘Take Control’ sold out in hours on Record Store Day 2017
