Harvey x Christina Milian Release New Music Video For “Own The Night”

So Solid’s Harvey and R&B royalty, Christina Milian, release the visuals for their collaborative track ‘Own The Night’.

Fresh off the So Solid Australian tour alongside Lisa Maffia and Oxide & Neutrino, Harvey continues to represent one of Britain’s biggest musical exports and takes it back to the roots of garage on ‘Own The Night’ whilst Milian delivers in her sensational R&B tones.

The fusion of both genres entwine to create a unique hybrid as Milian’s buttery smooth vocals collide with Harvey’s accelerating punchy flow. The hypnotic hook echoes through the instrumental and blends seamlessly with the disjointed electronic bass, infused with hi-hats and snares, which culminate in a belter of an example of Britain’s homegrown sound, courtesy of producer Blinkie.  The visuals, delivered by Toxic and Gil is also self-directed by Harvey and showcases the duo in a mansion soaking up the sun in LA.

The collaboration of Harvey and Christina Milian already set tongues wagging and built up a great amount of interest on both sides of the Atlantic after the pair recently cooked up an online storm when a photographer captured them rehearsing for Milian’s upcoming show on June 2nd at The Jazz Cafe in London where Harvey is set to perform alongside her.

Creating a surge of eclectic sounds, Harvey and Christina ‘Own The Night’ with their up-tempo UKG fuelled track. Grab it here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/own-the-night-single/id1227738401?ls=1&app=itunes
