WEDIDIT’s BIRTHDAY Releases New Video For Single “What You Give To Me”

Now known as BIRTDHAY, the duo consists of Fake Laugh‘s Kamran who was introduced to Luka at his London debut show at Birthdays (hence the act’s namesake). Following the dream-pop pair’s release of their debut single and self-directed video for We Need To Talkvia Nowness, “What You Give To Me” isBIRTHDAY‘s B-side release with WEDIDIT/ Tombstone Recordings that is out today(Tuesday, April 18th)on all digital steaming partners.

The video accompanying the song was directed by Berlin-based Felix Aaron. Felix quotes, “I drew my inspiration from 80’s B-horror-movies, starring a modern femme fatale trying to harvest young men in a Dario Argento-dark ritual kind of vibe. As the visual aesthetic of the video is more like a modern interpretation of this topic, we join the young woman contacting her victims online, luring them with her looks, alcohol and weed to take them back to her lonely cabin outside the city.”
