LAUREN FAITH Releases ‘Let Them Talk’

With cuts on both Kaytranada’s critically-acclaimed album ’99.9%’ and Craig David’s latest UK chart-topping album ‘Following My Intuition’, the up and coming 21-year old has already cut her teeth in the most credible of ways. Listen here

Her debut track ‘Got it Good’ featured on both Craig’s and Kaytranada’s albums and with influences ranging from Janet Jackson to India Arie, Pharrell Williams and Erykah Badu, Lauren has since been busy cooking up further material in the studio – a May support slot on Craig David’s national ‘Following my Intuition’ tour following her work with the star only cemented her place as one of the most exciting young artists coming out of the UK right now.

Her first solo track, ‘Let Them Talk’ is a jazzy, off-kilter slice of experimental R&B and the instrumental courtesy of emerging UK beatmaker Lostboy works to emphasise Lauren’s silky, gossamer delivery. This comes through with the bouncy seduction of a summer breeze; it’s a track experimental and accomplished enough to get you excited about the young star’s trajectory. Lauren’s very quickly become an important addition to 2017.
