APG/Atlantic singer-songwriter Molly Kate Kestner has released a video for her latest track, “Prom Queen.”  The video premiered via Popcrush. WATCH HERE

“Prom Queen” was named one of Apple Music’s “Best of the Week” and added to Spotify’s “New Music Friday” playlist upon its release.

Also highlighted by Apple Music and Spotify, Kestner’s previous release, “Good Die Young,” was deemed a soulful anthem by Fader, and Refinery29 called the song, which Kestner wrote the day of Prince’s death, “an edgy, soulful ballad.”

Kestner caught the attention of the world in 2014, while she was still in high school, when a home video of her original song “His Daughter” went viral on YouTube, reaching over 7 million views in just a few weeks. To date, the song has reached 15 million views on YouTube, 6 million streams and sold more than 120k singles in the USA alone.

After making the move from Minnesota to Los Angeles last year, Kestner has been working on new material for release in 2017. She’s also been writing and recording with other established artists, including Kelly Clarkson.
