KIM FROM MATT AND KIM INJURED ONSTAGE, SHOWS CANCELED, NEW VIDEO SHOWS ALL

Brooklyn music duo Matt and Kim are known for their indie dance music stylings, their high energy live shows and their viral videos. While in Mexico to perform at the Vaiven Festival, the band thought it would be a great opportunity to film their day backstage at the festival for their popular “Matt and Kim Show Ya Stuff” Youtube video series. Little did they know that as the countdown to their set ticked away, they were presented with ominous warnings and it would end with drummer Kim Schifino suffering a traumatic injury onstage forcing to the band to cancel all upcoming performances.

Matt and Kim made a two-part video “What Happened To Kim” which follows the band from the streets of Mexico to Vaiven Festival, the stage, the ambulance, the hospital and recovery. Watch the “What Happened To Kim” videos here:
