When describing All About You, Maroulis had this to say: “this is a song that everyone can relate to, a song about not being able to move on. It’s the feeling of knowing someone is gone and you know they’re not coming back, but you just can’t accept it.” He also added the following on working with Sam Hollander: “Sam and I share a deep love for New England, it’s a favorite place of ours, despite being New Yorkers at heart.”
This Spring, Maroulis will be performing at the Longwharf Theatre in the upcoming show, The Most Beautiful Room in New York, set to run through May. Maroulis will then be reviving his role as Judas in a production of Jesus Christ Superstar at The Muny in St. Louis in June. On his upcoming roles: “I’ve spent the last two years overcoming a lot of personal obstacles, working on myself and striving to do good, and these shows are an example of the work I continued to put in behind the scenes.” Maroulis is an accomplished actor, producer, singer and songwriter best known for his Tony-nominated performance in Rock of Ages and his epic run as a finalist during the heyday of American Idol. Recently, Maroulis has been developing a number of creative projects in TV and film, as well as recently releasing the singles, Here I Come, She’s Just Rock N Roll and the new All About You. Constantine recently closed out his starring role in the critically acclaimed Second Stage Theatre production of Friend Art.
