Peter Frampton premieres live video for “I Saved A Bird Today” + on tour now

I Saved A Bird Today,” a brand new song from Grammy Award-winning musician Peter Frampton, is premiering at Guitar World. The song is a true story of Frampton helping a bird that crashed into his window. Of the song, Frampton explains, “‘To care for one another is the reason we are here’—this lyric sums up the song for me. We are all in uncharted territory right now. ‘Perhaps today, [the bird] was on her way to rescue me,’ which doesn’t seem too far off from what we all need. Politeness and caring for each other cannot be a thing of the past. I can’t explain how great the feeling was to have saved a life. Peace, love and truth trump hate every time.”

In addition, Peter Frampton Raw: An Acoustic Tour will re-launch this month. Gordon Kennedy, Frampton’s longtime collaborator and co-producer of his Grammy Award-winning album Fingerprints, will join again for dates alongside Frampton’s son, singer and guitarist Julian Frampton. Frampton will also tour this summer with American rockers The Steve Miller Band. See below for full routing details or visit www.frampton.com.
