Brighton indie five-piece The Island Club release new single ‘Paper Kiss’

Brighton five-piece The Island Club, have released their new single ‘Paper Kiss’ – a refreshing take on an alternative sound, emanating dance-infused pop with a wave of inspired hooks and daring melodies.

‘Paper Kiss’ is the follow up to the band’s 2016 viral track, ‘Let Go’, which chalked up over a million streams on Spotify in just a few months.

The Island Club are comprised of members Michael Askew, Julien Forsythe-Lewis, David Blowers, Sam Cantlon and Barney Cox. The band have recently been curating their own club night, ‘Island Club Presents’ in Brighton.

The inaugural show sold out in less than one week and, to celebrate The Great Escape, their next night has just been announced for May 17th at The Haunt. Their biggest headline performance to date, it’s testament to the band’s rapidly growing fanbase and their bold, ambitious live show.

With many more announcements in the pipeline, a seismic wave is building for The Island Club leading to much bigger things to come in 2017.
