YOUNG THE GIANT TEAM WITH YOUTUBE VR FOR IMMERSIVE VIDEO EXPERIENCE

Fueled By Ramen recording group Young The Giant has released their new YouTube VR video, “Silvertongue.” The immersive, interactive clip, filmed at the YouTube Space LA with the support of local experiential entertainment company, Two Bit Circus, was released this morning and is streaming at https://youtu.be/gnYFL_OB7qs.

“Silvertongue” marks the latest single/video from Young The Giant’s third studio album, “HOME OF THE STRANGE,” which immediately ascended to #1 on the iTunes Store’s “Top Alternative Albums” chart and #3 on the overall “Top Albums” chart upon its release last August. The band is celebrating the album with the hugely successful Home of the Strange Tour. The trek’s recently announced summer leg begins Wednesday, August 2nd at Louisville, KY’s Palace Theater and then continues through late September (see attached itinerary). Support on all dates will come from Cold War Kids and Joywave. For complete details, please visit www.youngthegiant.com/tour.

Meanwhile, Young The Giant is currently traveling North America on the winter leg of the Home of the Strange Tour, with most dates on the trek already long sold out. The band will also be performing at a number of upcoming festivals, including Guadalajara, MX’s Anagrama Festival (March 25th), San Antonio, TX’s Maverick Music Festival (April 7th), Knoxville, TN’s Rhythm ‘n’ Blooms Music Festival (April 9th), Gulf Shores, AL’s Hangout Music Fest (May 19th), and Cleveland, OH’s LaureLive (June 11th).
