Stealth releases video for new single ‘How Much Further’

Birmingham singer Stealth has unveiled the video for his new single ‘How Much Further’, the latest song to be taken from his Verse EP, out now through his own imprint Chubby Puppy.

‘How Much Further’ is a big bluesy anthem, co-written and produced by two-time Grammy nominated Michael Angelo. The single has been getting strong support from BBC Introducing and has also been featured in Hollyoaks.

The fast-paced video features a trio of tearaway youths trespassing through a rundown warehouse, complete with frenetic street-dance choreography, all driven by the weighty tones of Stealth.

Regarding the video Stealth says, For the ‘How Much Further’ video the director (Sam Taylor) and I really wanted to represent the frustration that is at the heart of the song. The dancers are portraying normal people and their everyday frustrations. On a secondary level there’s an element of sign language throughout the video, and some signing has also been incorporated into the dance moves. I learned to sign the entire song, representing the fact that for too long the powers that be have been deaf to our needs.”

‘How Much Further’ is the third song to be taken from the Verse EP, which also features the cavernous ‘Blame’ and the hard-hitting ‘Real Life’. Verse is Stealth’s second EP and follows from the release of his highly acclaimed debut EP Intro.
The Intro EP saw Stealth championed by Radio 1, Radio 2, BBC 6Music and BBC Introducing, while he gained a wealth of high profile press support too.

Stealth has also firmly laid his mark Stateside, following the inclusion of his single ‘Judgement Day’ in the dramatic closing scenes of Suits. The song has now clocked up well over 6 MILLION plays across YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music. The release of the Intro EP also saw Stealth enter the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart at No.2 in the UK and No.3 in the US.

Now moulding his sound into an even more impressive and formidable beast, Stealth is set to continue his rise throughout 2017.
