Right On, Kid stream ‘Safe Haven’ single

Albuquerque pop-punk quintet Right On, Kid have released a new single. Stream ‘Safe Haven’ via Scene Point Blank.

More new music is expected soon from Right On, Kid, as the band returns to the studio in the coming weeks to record the follow up to 2016’s “On The Brighter Side of Things” with David Dominguez (The Offspring, Weezer).

Right On, Kid – ‘Safe Haven’

Originally formed as an acoustic project in 2015 – something which still shines through in the band’s sound – Right On Kid!, take influence from pop-punk’s forefathers whilst delivering a raw, gritty and unapologetic sound, underpinned by a blend of youthful exuberance and impressive cohesion, delivered with the up-tempo energy of many of their modern contemporaries.

Spearheaded by debut single ‘Black Ridge Drive’, Right On, Kid delivered promising debut EP “On The Brighter Side of Things” in March 2016, with the hook-heavy record supplying a spark to the New Mexico.

As they continue to drum up a solid reputation across the West Coast, supports for the likes of Forever Came Calling, Hawthorne Heights, Handguns and Mest have only enhanced the band’s stock as did their signing to DCS Records in 2015.

The band is set to return to the studio in Spring 2017 to record their sophomore EP with David Dominguez (Mariah Carey, The Offspring, Weezer).

‘Safe Haven’ is out now.
