After surprising the world by announcing its imminent release earlier this week, Future unleashes his brand new self-titled album, FUTURE [Epic Records/A1/Freebandz], at all digital retailers. Upon going live, it seized the #1 spot on iTunes Overall Top Albums Chart and Rap/Hip-Hop Albums Chart. It’s already pacing to be his fourth consecutive #1 debut on the Billboard Top 200 in less than two years’ time. He’s not stopping there though…

Future made history again with the surprise launch of his brand new show FREEBANDZ Radio on Beats 1, Apple Music’s global radio station at 6pm PT last night. He and executive producer DJ ESCO premiered the album in its entirety. The monumental launch of FUTURE garnered the biggest marketing spend and platform support powered by Spotify.

Since the second the record debuted on FREEBANDZ Radio, radio stations across the nation have been passionately spinning this new music nonstop, creating Future fever all over the airwaves. Tune in HERE for an encore at 6pm PT tonight. An extension of the multiplatinum-selling rapper’s Freebandz record label, FREEBANDZ Radio is a platform for Future and Esco to share breaking news and cultural conversation.

The artist started teasing out the album throughout the week with a series of eerie, engaging, and enigmatic vignettes, Night Vision Pt. 1 and Night Vision Pt. 2. It’s a warped and wild look at the innerworkings of his creative sanctuary and process.

Next week, Future returns to the stage of NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday February 21. It promises to be another explosive performance. Make sure to watch!

FUTURE represents another evolution for the multiplatinum, record-setting hip-hop innovator and prolific cultural force. Its 17 tracks see the artist deliver one powerhouse banger after another from the opener “Rent Money” to the climactic “Feds Did A Sweep. It’s his high watermark so far.

He takes the new music on the road this summer with his massive headline tour, the Nobody Safe Tour. In under a year, he achieved three back-to-back #1 albums on the Billboard Top 200—the platinum DS2, platinum What A Time To Be Alive with Drake, and EVOL. His catalog encompasses double-platinum smashes such as “Low Life” [feat. The Weeknd] and “Where Ya At” [feat. Drake], platinum hits “Stick Talk,” “F*ck Up Some Commas, and “Turn On The Lights, and has amassed over 1 billion streams worldwide. Future infiltrated the mainstream performing on Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and more in addition to gracing the cover of Rolling Stone, GQ, XXL, Spin, and many others. In 2017, he goes full Beast Mode yet again, continuing his unbeatable record.
