Huge choruses and soaring melodies are abundant in Evawolf’s sound and ‘Yellow Ribbon’ is no exception to the rule. Citing influences from the likes of Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes and the Smashing Pumpkins, the band seamlessly merge pop, rock and folk into a catchy and heart-rending new blend of alt-rock.
Formed in 2015, Evawolf released their debut track ‘When The Truth Is Out’ later that year, chalking up well over 300,000 listens on Spotify to date. Taking their time to craft its follow-up, the dramatic and powerful ‘I Could Be Wrong’ was released in December 2016 and provided a foretaste of the ever-evolving sound of Evawolf.
And now with the upcoming release of their debut EP, the band have been playing a number of dates across London honing their craft as vibrant live outfit. To celebrate the launch of the EP, the band are playing a headline show at the Servant Jazz Quarters in Dalston on March 2nd.
