TO KILL A KING announce 3 consecutive London shows

To Kill A King have announced three consecutive London gigs at different venues across the capital on May 11th, 12th & 13th. Renowned for their intense live performances, To Kill A King will play a different set each evening.

“For the last year we’ve been locked in small windowless rooms with nothing but each other for company,” says To Kill A King’s Ben Jackson. “So as you can imagine we are super excited to announce these May shows. It’s been too long since we played in London, the venues are all nice intimate rooms with great sound and playing three dates means that we can do three different setlists. We’ll be unleashing our new tunes as well as playing the old favourites and we can’t fucking wait.”

To Kill A King’s last UK headline tour in March 2015 culminated in a show at Shepherds Bush Empire, and later that year they were picked by Radio 1’s Huw Stephens to headline The Lake stage at Latitude.

The five-piece recently released the powerful new track ‘The Problem Of Evil’, their first new material since early 2015 and the first taste of their third album, due later this year. Watch the video starring ‘Poldark’ and ‘Larkrise to Candleford’ actress Ruby Bentall on Vevo, or listen on Spotify.

After releasing two acclaimed albums, 2013’s ‘Cannibals With Cutlery’ and 2015’s self-titled follow-up ‘To Kill A King’, and touring incessantly since 2010, To Kill a King took a year off the road to concentrate on writing their third album. When not occupied with this, they’ve been working with other acts, singer Ralph Pelleymounter writing with the likes of Rag’n’ Bone Man and Zibra, keyboardist Ben producing acts like Childcare and Little White Things.
