Marti Pellow Announces UK tour and Brand New Album ‘Mysterious’

Pop icon Marti Pellow has announced details of his new solo album and UK tour. Entitled Mysterious, the album, which is due to be released on Arctic Poppy on March 10th 2017, was recorded at the legendary Ocean Way Studios in Los Angeles and features long term collaborator Grant Mitchell (Eric Clapton, Bee Gees, Emile Sande), the legendary Tower Of Power horn section (Santana, Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Aaron Neville) and Stevie Wonder’s rhythm section (Lenny Castro, Dean Parks, Herman Matthews, Freddie Washington) who’ve also worked with musicians as diverse as Quincy Jones. Michael Jackson, The Crusaders and Elton John.

Marti Pellow comments “We were able to bring the musicians from some of my favourite albums together in a room and create magic.”

Marti will be performing songs from Mysterious as well as other gems from his illustrious career on the following dates:

15 March – The Sands, Carlisle

17 March – Bridgewater Hall, Manchester 18 March – Venue Cymru, Llandudno

19 March – Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff 21 March – The Barbican, York

22 March – Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow 24 March – The Sage, Gateshead

25 March – Town Hall, Birmingham 26 March – The Palladium, London 27 March – The Pavilions, Plymouth
