The first thing that hits you about twenty-year-old North London artist Sabrina Parker is the vocal. Writing and performing from the age of fourteen, Sabrina made her open mic debut in Woodstock, New York in 2011 and hasn’t stopped performing since then.
Now releasing ‘Write You Down’, Sabrina has crafted a song of quiet strength and emotion. Her ethereal falsetto combines with her earnest lyricism to create a sensitive, yearning new release. With her previous track ‘Fire and Ice’ heavily supported by Gary Crowley on BBC Introducing London, Sabrina has signed to ‘Man In The Moon Records’, set up by Nick Stewart (the man who signed U2 to Island Records). With intelligent, relatable lyrics and a notable technical ability, Sabrina is one to watch for 2017. Listen here
