Empowerment to positively change their world. Self-realization.

Can you tell us a bit about your latest album? When will it be released and how does it differ from your previous work?

Our debut was released Late Fall 2016. We’re excited to experience our growth.

What do you love and hate about the Music Business?

We hate the opacity, Specifically for low-income artists, it can feel like information is withheld and misleading expectations are projected. It can be extremely frustrating and really easy to waste resources. We love the opportunity the business gives to reach the world.

What is the best concert you have been to? What do you like most about playing live?

*Maudie  – Phantogram in NOLA last fall. Jimmie – “My first show was TOOL, at the time, I hadn’t heard of them, so its kinda had my top spot for the last 16 years.”

Our favorite part of performing is defying expectations.

Is there a song on this latest CD that stands out as your personal favorite, and why?

*Maudie – Monsters – “This song is very personal to me. I wrote it reflecting on my two brothers who lost their battles with mental illness.”

*Jimmie – Running – This song emerged unexpectedly. Standing rock was at a high in the media and I think that naturally, My awareness of Native American culture was as well. I’m always fascinated by unexpected influences.

How have you evolved as an artist over the last few years?

It’s too soon to tell.

If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, get drunk with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?

*Maudie – Shirley Manson.

So tell us what’s next?

We are looking forward to traveling and developing the show. Our follow-up to our debut is shaping up to be a show-stopper. We also are excited to finish up collaborative efforts with Kaion Wesley, Quad K (of Porcelain People) and AC KATO (New Jersey)
