Hi SeeJay100, welcome to VENTS! How have you been?

I’m very good right now. I’m so glad the new project #RedSummer and the single ‘Pull Up’ is being received so well.

Can you talk to us more about your latest single “Pull Up”?

‘Pull Up’ is an Hip Hop and Afrobeats fusion track basically about a day in the life of young guys and girls from the streets of London enjoying themselves and getting money.

Did any event in particular inspired you to write this song?

No event in particular but when I heard what Moelogo had recorded on the hook it instantly put me in a vibrant mood.

Can you tell us more about the upcoming video?

” Pull Up ” was a really fun video to shoot & it looked like we was having fun cause we really were.

The dancers bought a nice energy to the video and me & Moelogo visually & lyrically finessed the video.

The single comes off your new album Red Summer – what’s the story behind the title?

Firstly The RED stands for RIch Every Day and I dont just mean money and material things, you can be rich in opportunity, it’s a motivation thing, and summer because most of the project is vibrant and I feel whether its winter or summer it will give you that summer vibe.

How was the recording and writing process?

It was sick I worked with some dope artist like Big Tobz, Cadet and Te Dness  to name a few, and working with Jobey and Ayo Beats on the production was live as usual they’re both so talented.

Does your acting influence your music and the other way around?

Yea definitely, I think they both boost each other because its all entertainment at the end of the day.

Any plans to hit the road?

I’ve got a few shows in December which I’m looking forward too. Check my twitter and Instagram for updates SeeJay100music.

What else is happening next in SeeJay100’s world?

2017 I’m releasing a new project or 2, new A1 (Always100) merchandise and I’m also in talks about another movie role. New year = New everything its about to be LIIITTT!!
