Luca Debonaire returns to Zulu with a remix

With hints of a 90’s influence, Zulu champion Luca Debonaire for an old-school remix of Sonny Atienza and Mike Ferullo’s ‘Doin the Dance.’ This track has it all, massive energy, chunky rhythms, hooky vocals and a build that will have you desperate for the drop. Already receiving support from My Digital Enemy, Judge Jules, Robbie Rivera and many more, this is a must have in anyone’s record collection.

Luca Debonaire can’t seem to put a foot wrong at the minute. His release schedule is piling up, and his anticipated Zulu Records return was definitely worth the wait. A strobe-worthy backing rhythm of thumping bass, jaunty keys and a whole load of crash cymbals makes this one of the thickest backbones of a house track you’ll hear in a long time. Classic build-ups and drops add to the nostalgic 90’s hard-house vibe, however the addictive vocal hook gives it that modern edge.

An ambitious effort, ‘Doin the Dance’ is overflowing with intricate synth patterns and sample snippets. A driving force of euphoric keys and a rumbling bassline will have you putting your hands in the air within an instant.

Zulu start their second century of releases in style, as Luca Debonaire will have you ‘Doin the Dance’ in no time.
